Public Tours | Cancellation Policy

If you have a public tour booked with us, using an online voucher like Groupon, Travelzoo or Wagjag please read below:

  • Niagara Fun Tours requires 4 days notice (prior to tour date) with any request to change, cancel or modify your reservation. You MUST submit your request to cancel via Email or Text

 

  • If you cancel AFTER 4 days within your tour date, please note that your voucher(s) will be redeemed and taxes owing on the voucher(s) will be billed.

 

  • Late cancellations may still choose to rebook any future date at our rebooking fee of $10.00 - * Read below if your cancellation is related to COVID-19

 

  • When cancelling, please provide us with the following:
    • Date that you booked your tour for
    • Full name of the person who booked the tour
    • Number of seats you booked
    • E-mail us at - info@niagarafuntours.com

COVID-19  - All of our touring guests are required to follow any and all health and safety requirements related to COVID-19 enacted by the both the Government of Canada, Provincial Government and the Niagara Region. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the tour. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed

COVID-19 Policies

A Few More Important Points:

  • Voucher & tour bookings are transferable
  • Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed
  • Note voucher supplier cancellation policies
  • HST is not refundable with late cancellations

Public Tours | Cancellation Policy


If are not redeeming an online voucher for your tour booking, and paying by credit card, please note our cancellation policies below:

  • Niagara Fun Tours requires 4 days notice (prior to tour date) with a request to cancel partial or your entire booking. You MUST submit your request to cancel via Email & Phone/Text

 

  • When cancelling, please provide us with the following: Date of tour booked, full name tour is booked under, name/type of tour booked, number of seats booked & your booking reservation number

 

  • Cancellations received within 4 days of your tour date can look to rebook another future tour date via our website.

 

  • Cancellation(s) received with less then 4 days notice will be subject to our late cancellation fee of $10.00 per person, along with the outstanding HST owing on the voucher. This amount is billed to credit card on file within 1-2 days of expired tour date

A Few More Important Points:

  • Partial or entire cancellations are acceptable
  • Credit cards are refunded within 21 days

Private Tours | Cancellation Policy

Private Wine Tours

If are looking to cancel your Private Charter with us, please note our cancellation policies below. Cancellation dates and fee's are based on vehicle type you booked:

  • Limousine Charters: Cancellations received 21 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 20 days prior to tour date 50% of your total tour cost will be billed*. If you can cancel within 6 days of your tour 100% of your tour cost will be billed* will apply

 

  • School Buses & 10-Person Touring Van Charters: Cancellations received 14 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. Late cancellations are billed 50% of total tour cost*

 

  • Shuttle Bus Charters: Cancellations received 21 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 20 days prior to tour date 50% of your total tour cost will be billed*. If you can cancel within 6 days of your tour 100% of your tour cost will be billed* will apply

 

  • When cancelling, please provide us with the following:
    • Date of tour booked
    • Full name tour is booked under
    • Type of vehicle booked
    • Tour start time & pick-up address

  • Refunds take up to 3 weeks to process
  • Downsizing or upsizing is acceptable
  • Keep vehicles clean, fees apply for misuse
  • Images of our fleet available via our website
