Public Tours | Cancellation Policy

If you have a public tour booked with us using an online voucher like Groupon, Travelzoo or Wagjag and need to cancel either a few seats or your entire booking, please note your following options listed as follows. If you have a booking that is not booked with a voucher, please see further for details:

Groupon, Travelzoo, Wagjag & My Perks

  • Niagara Fun Tours requires 4 days notice (prior to tour date) with a request to cancel partial or your entire booking. You MUST submit your request to cancel via Email & Phone/Text
  • Vouchers are redeemed upon booking of your tour via our website. If you require a refund from your voucher supplier, you will have to contact them directly. Each voucher supplier is different, please note their cancellation / refund policy via your voucher
  • When cancelling, please provide us with the following: Date of tour booked, full name tour is booked under, name/type of tour booked, number of seats booked & your booking reservation number
  • Cancellations received within 4 days of your tour date can look to rebook another future tour date via our website. You must book another date prior to the expiration of your voucher. Fees apply if you wish to redeem an expired voucher (see link below)
  • Cancellation(s) received with less then 4 days notice will be subject to our late cancellation fee of $10.00 per person, along with the outstanding HST owing on the voucher. This amount is billed to credit card on file within 1-2 days of expired tour date
  • Late cancellations are able to rebook another date via our website. If you rebook prior to voucher expiry, there is no additional fee. Emails are required to rebook a new date - info@niagarafuntours.com

 

Redeem Expired Vouchers

A Few More Important Points:

  • Voucher & tour bookings are transferable
  • Vouchers cannot be partially redeemed
  • Note voucher supplier cancellation policies
  • HST is not refundable with late cancellations

Public Tours | Cancellation Policy


If are not redeeming an online voucher for your tour booking, and paying by credit card, please note our cancellation policies below:

  • Niagara Fun Tours requires 4 days notice (prior to tour date) with a request to cancel partial or your entire booking. You MUST submit your request to cancel via Email & Phone/Text
  • When cancelling, please provide us with the following: Date of tour booked, full name tour is booked under, name/type of tour booked, number of seats booked & your booking reservation number
  • Cancellations received within 4 days of your tour date can look to rebook another future tour date via our website.
  • Cancellation(s) received with less then 4 days notice will be subject to our late cancellation fee of $10.00 per person, along with the outstanding HST owing on the voucher. This amount is billed to credit card on file within 1-2 days of expired tour date

A Few More Important Points:

  • Partial or entire cancellations are acceptable
  • Credit cards are refunded within 21 days

Private Tours | Cancellation Policy

Private Wine Tours

If are looking to cancel your Private Charter with us, please note our cancellation policies below. Cancellation dates and fee's are based on vehicle type you booked:

    • Limousine Charters: Cancellations received 21 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 20 days prior to tour date, cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Cancellations received 3 to 7 days prior to tour date will incur our cancellation fee of $150.00. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to tour date, we have to bill 50% of your charter fee (+HST)
    • Multi-Person Van Charters: Cancellations received 14 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 14 days prior to tour date, cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to tour date will incur our cancellation fee of $150.00 (+HST)
    • Shuttle Bus Charters: Cancellations received 21 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 20 days prior to tour date, cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Cancellations received 3 to 7 days prior to tour date will incur our cancellation fee of $150.00. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to tour date, we have to bill 50% of your charter fee (+HST)
    • School Bus Charters: Cancellations received 14 days or more will not incur a cancellation fee. If you cancel 7 to 14 days prior to tour date, cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to tour date will incur our cancellation fee of $150.00 (+HST)
    • When cancelling, please provide us with the following: Date of tour booked, full name tour is booked under, name/type of tour booked, number of seats booked & your booking reservation number
