    What is your Code of Conduct policy for your tours?

    Niagara Fun Tours operates mostly Public Tours, like our Summer Wine Tour, Discover Niagara Tour and more. We expect all of our guests to conduct themselves appropriately when on our tour as you will be amongst other paying customers. Niagara Fun Tours does NOT allow the consumption of alcohol on it's buses and we will not tolerate lewd or loud behaviour while on the tour. Our professionally trained drivers are required to maintain civility and professionalism on all of our tours. Our tour bus driver has the authority to ask any of our guests to adjust their behaviour on our tours, if this behaviour is negatively affecting others on the tour. Niagara Fun Tours reserves the right to remove any unruly, lewd or intoxicated guests from tour if he/she deems fit.

    If you feel you may NOT get to your preferred pick-up spot in time, please proceed to the last pick-up location on our schedule (if you have enough time to make it):

    2014 Summer Wine Tour - Meet us the Perfume Factory (393 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ONT). Located just west of Gateway Tourist Centre. Our scheduled arrival is for 10:40 AM. Please check-in with driver upon your arrival. For drop-off, you are free to choose any of our general pick-up locations.

    2014 Beer, Spirits & Hard Cider Tour - Meet us at Casino Niagara, Niagara Falls  (4800 Bender St, Niagara Falls, ONT). Our scheduled arrival is for 11:25 AM. For drop-off, you are free to choose any of our general pick-up locations.

    2015 Winter Niagara Wine Tour - Meet us the Perfume Factory (393 York Rd, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ONT). Located just west of Gateway Tourist Centre. Our scheduled arrival is for 10:40 AM. Please check-in with driver upon your arrival. For drop-off, you are free to choose any of our general pick-up locations.

    My voucher is going to expire and there are not tour dates available. What are my options?

    If you are a valid Niagara Fun Tour voucher holder and attempting to book a tour that is no longer available, or if you have waited too long to redeem your voucher and there are no tour dates left, please read the following:

    Our tours are very popular and dates book up very very quickly. If you are having difficulty securing a tour date with your valid voucher, we can recommend the following options*:

  • Hold on to your voucher and use it towards next year's tour. Please note that there may be a small administrative fee to transfer vouchers towards another tour. Details will be provided on the tours web page.
  • If you have a valid voucher for one of our wine tours, you may be able to transfer it to the next seasons wine tour, but this too may come at a small administrative fee.
  • Hotel & tour combo vouchers may be subject to both a tour administrative fee and a fee for a possible increase in hotel room rate. This is situational and require an email to be sent to us at: info@niagarafuntours.com
  • *NOTE: Niagara Fun Tours will accept ALL expired online tour vouchers, but redeeming these vouchers towards another tour will come at a small administrive fee. This fee is based on various factors (ie. new tour rate, seasonal hotel rates).

    How do I get in contact with the driver or someone at Niagara Fun Tours

    Please note that our staff is small and very busy when tours are under way. We always encourage you to please join us at the last pick-up spot (click here for pick-up schedules) or proceed to our first stop on the tour.     We will do everything in our power to get back to you ASAP, but PLEASE try to make it to one of our other pick-up locations, if time allowed.

    I have pre-paid vouchers, how do I redeem them?

    If you posses a valid pre-paid voucher for one of our tours you may book your tour and redeem voucher right here on our website. If you are looking to book multiple people at once please make sure you have ALL vouchers in front of you before booking. Each voucher has a dedicated confirmation number on it, that you will be asked to supply.

    It is imperative you double check your vocuher to see which tour it is valid for. If you book the wrong tour with your voucher, your booking may be subject to cancellation.

    What is a "Voucher Transfer Fee (VTF)" and why do I have to pay it?

    A Voucher Tansfer Fee is an administrative fee that we charge when a guest is looking to redeem a pre-paid voucher towards another pubic tour.

    For Example: If you have a voucher valid for our 2014 Micro Brewery & Wine Tour, and it expired at the end of August 2014, you may choose to pay our VTF and book seats on one of our 2015 Fall \ Winter Tours (click here for options).

    If your voucher has since expired, you still may be able to transfer it to another tour at only $12.50 more person (VTF). We sometimes extend the validity of the voucher depedending on seasonality. Make sure you contact us first to see if you are qualified.

    There's a change in the tours itinerary from the last time I viewed it, what happened?

    At Niagara Fun Tours we work very hard to ensure your experience on each and every one of our tours is consistent, reliable and dependable. Sometimes we face situations that are out of our control that causes us to modify or alter our tours.

    Your tour driver will inform you at the start of your tour if there's a change of plans for your tour.

    Tour cancellations due to bad weather

    Not many of our tours are affected by weather, but there are occassiosn where it's simply just not safe enough to execute a tour due to extreme winter weather conditions or other dangerous external conditions that are not within our control. Our reservations staff will do their best to contact you 2-3 hours prior to your tour to inform you of any cancellations or alterations in pick-up plans. It is important, that when booking your tour, you supply us with a contact phone number that we can reach you on when in Niagara (ie. cell phone, hotel phone number).

    ALL cancellations can be re-booked for another available tour date. In the case where your voucher is expiring or you wish to use your voucher towards another type of tour, please contact us directly to discuss: 905-329-6661 | info@niagarafuntours.com.

    What are your cancellation policies?

    Tour cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to tour date. Late cancellations will result in the following fee's:

  • Tours booked with pre-paid vouchers purchased online are subject to a $17 re-booking fee.
  • Tours booked with a credit card holding will be subject to a 40% fee of total billable amount or 40% total amount of those who cancel from groups. You will be contacted regarding your late cancellation and notified of the impending fee to be charged to your credit card.
